Upgrade v13 enterprise to v14 activate not work.

Not A Problem
i tried upgrade to version 14. But it not work system require activation for version 14. But i can't activate to version 14.x because my license is 13.x. New version require new payment. I already pay for version 13.x license. Why i will make a new payment for solve this issue ? It not fair. Or i missing some action for upgrade. Please recommend.

When you purchase a SmarterTools license, you receive 12 months of FREE upgrades. For example, when you purchased SmarterTrack in early 2017, your license was valid for version 12.x. Because of the 12 months of Upgrade Protection that came with your purchase, the license was upgraded to version 13.x when it was released at the end of 2017. 
 
That said, it looks like the Upgrade Protection that came with your license expired a couple of months ago. When a license does not have Upgrade Protection, it will still function as expected. However, it will remain on the same version and will no longer receive updates for new major versions. This is why your license was not made valid for version 14.x at its release last month. (You can learn more about Upgrade Protection here: Upgrade Protection - Renewal/Reinstatement.)
 
For resolving this issue, you can reinstate the Upgrade Protection on your SmarterTrack license, which will make the license valid for version 14.x and add another 12 months of Upgrade Protection. Otherwise, you can attempt to downgrade your installation back to version 13.x and continue using that version going forward.
