Hi Gabriele,

You may benefit from getting in touch with Mail's Best Friend. They now own the entire Declude suite of products (Hijack, Antispam and AntiVirus/AntiVulnerability) and offer this software for free. Linda, from Mail's Best Friend, is pretty active in this Community, and she's actually helped some users with Declude in other threads. Please feel free to check these out for more information. I'm sure she'd love to help you out if you get in touch.

Thanks Andrea! Hi Gabriele! I will be very happy to assist you with SM 16x and Declude. We suggest using Declude for spam filtering along with a few reliable RBLs at the SmarterMail Incoming Connection Blocking level. As for the Declude tests, we suggest using all of the default RBLs and tests that come with Declude out of the box. As for SM's Incoming Connection Blocking, we suggest using the following RBLS and weights

BARRACUDA    b.barracudacentral.org  127.0.0.2 – weight of 10
SORBS    dnsbl.sorbs.net        *         - weight of 10
GBUDB    truncate.gbudb.net        127.0.0.2 – weight of 30
MCAFEE    cidr.bl.mcafee.com        *          - weight of 10
SPAMCOP    bl.spamcop.net        127.0.0.2 - weight of 10
SURRIEL    psbl.surriel.com        *          - weight of 10
MAILSPIKE    bl.mailspike.net       127.0.0.2 - weight of 10
ZEN    zen.spamhaus.org        *         - weight of 10
HOSTKARMA-BLACK    hostkarma.junkemailfilter.com - 127.0.0.2 - weight of 10

Reverse DNS - weight of 20 or 30
SPF - weight of 20 or 30

Once you set those up in SM, you would want to set your SMTP Blocking area Incoming Weight Threshold to 30. If you have any specific questions, please ask and I will be happy to assist further. Thanks!
