Google G Suite working with SmarterMail 12.5

Hi There, we are still on SmarterMail 12.5 and we would like to put some of our users on Google G Suite. I my previous company, we were able to successfully implement a split delivery setup where the MX Records was pointed to Google and non G Suite users would be directed by Google to the legacy server running Microsoft Exchange. Is such a setup possible for SmarterMail 12.5?

Still, no response from SmarterMail. It seems that they are not interested to route emails through Google Gsuite to avoid IP Blacklisting/Domain Bad Reputation issue.

If such functionality SmarterMail offers, everybody would spread add-on love on it :-)

Hello Tim and Pedro.  This functionality has been available since SmarterMail 14.

Option to mark a domain as external and have messages to that domain sent either to the domain's MX record or to a specified host address. (Enterprise Only)
