Domain does not appear in Webmail

We have an serious and strange problem here: A few domains are not visible in the webmail.
The domains are listed in the file "DomainConfig.xml" and we have the usual directories in the filesystem.
If i click under domains "Export all to CSV", the domains are not listed.

SmarterMail does not know these domains anymore, even if they are listed in its file "DomainConfig.xml".
I think, that we have one or more corrupted configuration file.

Any idea?

You might want to check the loadLog, if SmarterMail gets errors loading a domain/user it will go into that file.

We had some corrupted XML-files. We solved the problem by restoring them from the backup.
Thank you anyway. The load.log is a good indicator for troubles :-)
