attachment name garbled sometimes

Hi,

i try to mix the attachment name as english,mix english and japan words,mix english and chinese words.

1. i send the mails from gmail to my smartermail,

on Email>Inbox,sometimes,the same maii's attachment file name will be garbled when "mix english and japan words" or "mix english and chinese words." ,but sometimes normally.

2. with the same mails,

when i read those mails from "Message Archive Search",the file name show normally.

i want to ask if the interface/decode are different at "Message Archive Search" and "Email" ?

ir why the same attachment,

one is normal to show,another one is garbled sometimes.

Which version of SmarterMail are you replicating this issue on?
