Delete old tickets

We have been using SmarterTrack for a few years and the database is getting very big. Is there a feature available to delete tickets and attachments greater than 2 years?

Hi Nick. I spoke with ST support back in 2015 about this. They informed me that once an item is placed in Deleted Items, SmarterTrack will automatically purge them 90 days later. They explained that there is no way to do the purge manually. However, things may have changed since 2015. I'm hoping one of the ST support folks will chime in here and verify.
