Password Expiration
Question asked by Robbie Wright - 2/16/2016 at 6:30 PM
Answered
Globally, passwords are set to expire every 12 months on our system. Naturally, we've got 1 customer who that's an issue for. You can't seem to set that per domain, but the user has a disable password changes option. Will this ignore the option to expire? I'd like to be able to meet their needs, but also don't want to change the global setting to expire passwords.

Hi Robbie,

Good news! If a user has "Disable password changes" enabled, their password will not expire, even when password expiration is configured.

If this box is checked, then the user would also be unable to change their password, correct?
