How can I tell whether upgrade protection is still active

I got SmarterMail 11.x on a couple of servers when I purchased then from my hosting provider last February. Because the licenses aren't showing in my smartertools account I'm not 100% sure about upgrade protection status.
 
I don't just want to upgrade and then find that I'm not licensed - is there anyway I can find out whether I can upgrade?

You can login to https://account.smartertools.com and click on License Key button.  There it will list all your keys and if they are under active upgrade protection or not.

Thanks Brian - but as I got the installations as part of server packages from my hosting provider they're not held within my account and were originally registered by staff at the hosting company.
 
Do you have a tool anywhere where I can enter the license keys and be told whether they're still under protection?

Please email sales@smartertools.com your license key and we can verify the account it is under and if it has upgrade protection.  When you do send in the email put it to my attention.
