What discounts are available on SmarterTools Products?
SmarterTools offers discounts on products to nonprofit organizations. In addition, customers purchasing a large number of software products may also qualify for discounts.
How do I qualify for the non-profit discount?
In order to qualify for the nonprofit discount, organizations must be based in the United States and must be able to provide one of the following:
- A copy of the Letter 1050 from the IRS
- A copy of the 501(C)3 Designation Certificate
- Employer Identification Number as listed in the GuideStar Database
What SmarterTools products or services can be purchased using a non-profit discount?
The non-profit discount can be applied to SmarterTools software products and Maintenance and Support renewals. The non-profit discount does NOT apply towards the purchase of support, add-ons, Hosted Services, or custom quotations. Non-profit discounts cannot be combined with any other discount or promotional offer.
Do government or educational institutions qualify for the non-profit discount?
Government and educational institutions may also qualify for the nonprofit discount. Contact SmarterTools by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org to determine eligibility.
How do I qualify for bulk discounts?
Purchases of more than five product licenses may be entitled to bulk discounts. To find out if you qualify, contact SmarterTools by emailing email@example.com.
Do partners or resellers get discounts?
SmarterTools partners meeting their commitments may receive a discount for their own product purchases. Information about becoming a partner of SmarterTools can be obtained by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Are there any other promotions or discounts?
Occasionally, SmarterTools may offer short-term discounts on products in order to encourage adoption. These discounts do not have a regular frequency, and most are only offered to a select number of existing customers. To ensure you receive notification of these promotions log into your account at the SmarterTools website and, on the My Profile page, modify your email preferences to include all emails.
