NOTE: As of November 1, 2019, SmarterTools no longer accepts activation requests that use TLS 1.0 and 1.1. Therefore, older installations of SmarterTrack (SmarterTrack 11.4 and older) may not activate properly. For more information, please contact our Sales Department.

If you have purchased a new add-on or moved SmarterTrack to another server, the product may need to be reactivated.

Applies to SmarterTrack 11.x-12.x

Follow these steps to reactivate SmarterTrack:
 
  1. Log into SmarterTrack as the system administrator. 
  2. Click the Settings icon.
  3. Expand the Configure folder in the navigation pane.
  4. Click Licensing in the navigation pane. The licensing information will load in the content pane.
  5. Click Reactivate in the content pane toolbar.

 

Applies to SmarterTrack 7.x-10.x

Follow these steps to reactivate SmarterTrack:
 
  1. Log into SmarterTrack as the system administrator. 
  2. Click the Settings icon.
  3. Expand the Activation folder in the navigation pane.
  4. Click Licensing in the navigation pane. The licensing information will load in the content pane.
  5. Click Reactivate in the content pane toolbar.
