Enable Separate Logins for the Portal and Management Interface

On occasion, employees may need to log in to the management interface and portal using different credentials. To enable this functionality, the administrator will need to ensure simultaneous login to the portal and management interface is disabled.

Follow these steps to allow employees to log in to the management interface and portal using different credentials:

1. Log in to the SmarterTrack management interface as an administrator.
2. Click the Settings icon.
3. Expand the System Settings folder in the navigation pane.
4. Click General Settings in the navigation pane. A list of settings will load in the content pane.
5. Click the Features tab.
6. Uncheck the Enable simultaneous login to the portal and management interface checkbox.
7. Click Save.

Employees are now required to enter login information two times: once to log in to the management interface and again to log in to the portal. They can use the same or different login credentials, depending on their needs.
