When running SmarterMail in VMware attachments may randomly go missing or become corrupt.
These issues can be seen when using VMware's E1000E adapter (VMWare's default). To resolve these issues you'll simply need to create a new adapter in VMware using "VMXET" (VMware's own virtual NIC driver with no physical counterpart). Once this is complete, these attachment issues should be resolved.
