NOTE: As of November 1, 2019, SmarterTools no longer accepts activation requests that use TLS 1.0 and 1.1. Therefore, older installations of SmarterMail (SmarterMail 14.1 and older) may not activate properly as they do not support TLS 1.2 and higher. For more information, please contact our Sales Department.
If you have purchased new add-ons or moved SmarterMail to another server, the product may need to be reactivated.
Applies to SmarterMail 7.x - 15.x
Follow these steps to reactivate SmarterMail:
- Log into SmarterMail as the system administrator.
- Click the Settings icon.
- Expand the Activation folder in the navigation pane.
- Click Licensing in the navigation pane. The licensing information will load in the content pane.
- Click Reactivate in the content pane toolbar.
