Set Maximum Recipients per Email Message

A system administrator may want to limit the amount of recipients per email to prevent a user from overloading the spool of the mail server. 

Applies to SmarterMail 10.x - 15.x

To configure the maximum number of recipients per email in SmarterMail do the following:

1. Log into SmarterMail as the system administrator.
2. Click the Domains icon.
3. Select the desired domain and click Edit in the content pane toolbar.
4. Click the Limits tab.
5. Edit the Recipients per Message field.
6. Click Save.

Applies to SmarterMail 8.x - 9.x

To configure the maximum number of recipients per email in SmarterMail do the following:

1. Log into SmarterMail as the system administrator.
2. Click the Manage icon.
3. Expand the Domains folder in the navigation pane.
4. Click All Domains.
5. Select the desired domain and click Edit in the content pane toolbar.
6. Click the Limits tab.
7. Edit the Recipients per Message field.
8. Click Save.
