Message Sniffer is available as an optional add-on to SmarterMail and is associated to a specific SmarterMail license key at the time of purchase. Once you have purchased this add-on, you will need to reactivate SmarterMail before enabling Message Sniffer. For more information on reactivating SmarterMail, please refer to the KB article Reactivate SmarterMail.
After SmarterMail is reactivated, the Message Sniffer add-on will also be activated. For information on enabling the add-on and configuring the add-on's antispam settings, please refer to the KB article Enable Message Sniffer.
NOTE: Customers interested in testing the Message Sniffer add-on before purchasing it may do so by activating a 30-day trial within SmarterMail. For more information, refer to the KB article Activate a Free Trial for the Message Sniffer Add-on.
