Language Support for SmarterMail

SmarterMail provides multi-language support through language translations that are available, by default, with any SmarterMail installation. These files allow users to select one of 16 different languages for their account in SmarterMail and will convert static text within the webmail client to that language. For mailbox migrations and PST imports, SmarterMail acts just like Microsoft Exchange and supports over 110 different languages.

By default, the path for the SmarterMail language files is:
C:\Program Files(x86)\SmarterTools\SmarterMail\MRS\App_Data\Translations.
SmarterMail will automatically detect any language files stored in this folder and allow users to select them using the Language drop down in their Account Settings. 
NOTE: Existing language translations are provided by SmarterMail users and SmarterTools makes no warranty on the accuracy of a translation. Customers may provide their own translation files by simply using the EN.json file as their guide. However, unless these new translation files are included with the default SmarterMail installation, and future upgrade of a SmarterMail install that uses custom translations may overwrite those custom translation files. So it's a good idea to keep a backup.
