Thanks for the inquiry. I would suggest to use a third party application such as Storm to test the CreateTicketFromCustomer web service function.

 

 

If you enter the variables for the web service you will receive the output results with the new TicketID.  Please confirm if you have the credentials to run the web services on your system. The default path would be similar to: [ http://localhost/services2/].

 

The actual string to use would be the following: [http://localhost/Services2/svcTickets.asmx] if you use the Storm application or another web service application.
