When I want the command line file to be invoked....

The documenation says that the exe or bat file has to be in the \assets\ location
So does the command line info look like C:\Smail\Assets\MyBat.bat ???
Second question... if my spool and email file is located at  K;\Mail\Spool\Spool4\X234242.eml
does it pass the whole K;\Mail\Spool\Spool4\X234242.eml  ??
