How does Windows Defender integrate with SmarterMail (Windows Server 2022)?

Are any of you using Microsoft Defender as the antivirus integrated into SmarterMail?

If so, how are you finding it?

I activated it several months ago, but then deactivated it because it was giving me some false positives, and I'd like to know if the situation has improved now...

P.S.: Windows Server 2022

Currently manages 7 SmarterMail installations (1 in the cloud for SERSIS which provides services to a few hundred third-party email domains + 6 on-premise for customers who prefer to have their mail server in-house)

I can confirm that I tried enabling Windows Defender repeatedly—opening tickets and posting messages here—due to false positives.

Then, about six months ago, I tried again (on Windows Server 2019), and based on spot checks, I can confirm that I haven't encountered any false positives.

So, it seems to be working correctly now.
