In SmarterMail Settings, Antispam, Custom Spam Checks and in similar functions, please provide an option to remove text case (ie: A and a being different), or make it the default.  There is so much spam that uses identical text, some with initial caps, some without that I have hundreds of rules just to match text case.  I'm a tiny system servicing a number of family businesses.  I cannot imagine how larger commercial services are managing this.
