How to properly train Spamfoo if the email is still in Inbox?

Spamfoo is flagging specific valid emails as [Spam,prob:1.00] but due to the overall spam weight, as we have it configured currently, the message is not sent to the Junk Mail folder, it stays in Inbox.

So how can we train Spamfoo so future similar messages are not flagged as spam if we are not "moving it from Junk to Inbox". Thanks in advance.

As Brian mentioned, you can open your SpamFoo Dashboard using the Action (⋮) menu, then add a manual rule for the domain or sender.

You can do this as a user, or add a domain level rule.
