SpamFoo on Inbound Gateway?

Will SpamFoo work on an inbound gateway?  If so, this might help with the high CPU usage that was mentioned inn another thread.

It's being discussed how it can integrated similar to the other remote configurable spam servers. This would allow SM to offload the requests to another server instead of a localhost daemon. Thats one way.

The other way is more exact to what your looking for (another server doing the spam scanning) the only small issue is there is some more advanced routing that needs to occur because SpamFoo stores per-user configuration, both scenarios are being given thought.
