If there is a version that has been used for several months without any issues, we would appreciate it if you could share it. (eM Client and Outlook users)

Also, from what I've seen, version 9610 appears to be the latest release without any significant issues reported by the community. If anyone has been running version 9610 for several months, I'd appreciate hearing your feedback on its stability and overall experience!

You will want to use 9686 released last week.  That is by far the most up-to-date and stable version you could run.  We have put an enormous amount of time into shoring up SmarterMail in preparation for upcoming new functionality and our bug backlog is basically empty.

Right now I agree. Running pretty stable here and Spamfoo is also doing its job pretty nicely.
