Antispam / SMTP Blocks settings

going cross-eyed from reading spams today, so I need to ask:
https://help.smartertools.com/SmarterMail/Current/Topics/SystemAdmin/Settings/Antispam/Options#Blocking

Inbound Weight Threshold - By enabling this field, an inbound email must have a total spam weight score of this value or higher in order to be blocked. The score is established by the settings on the Spam Checks, RBLs and URIBLs tabs. (By default, this threshold is set to 50 and is disabled.)

so if my Settings\Antipam\Options\SMTP Blocking card' "Inbound Weight Threshhold" is set to 50 and enabled, then my Settings\Security\SMTP Blocks list are ignored if less than 50?

Or they separate from one and another?

Settings -> Security -> SMTP Blocks happen at the SMTP level:

Email Address Blocking will block against sender(1) in your SMTP logs.
EHLO will block against the EHLO/HELO answer sent when the remote server connects.

That much I can tell you for sure.  We currently are blocking some 1400 items in Settings -> Security -> SMTP Blocks and they happen before any other processing occurs (such as the items in your AntiSpam settings area).

Settings/rules in AntiSpam happen AFTER the SMTP Blocks are run. The SMTP blocks will keep the message from ever hitting your server to begin with.

Wouldnt it be great to have a TLD list option in that menu so we can maintain a public list of tld's and domains that is blocked at SMTP level....

Howq awesome would that be. Instead of adding one TLD at a time in the slow and cumbersome menu....
