Leave web.config intact during upgrades

Would be awesome if the installer would not overwrite the web.config files (especially if it's set to READ ONLY). We have custom settings in there that need to remain (for cloudflare)

Yeah, it's a good idea in principle. However, there are times when we change something, or add something, to the web.config file, so it has to be updated. That said, I'll add it as a request so the guys can discuss it a bit.

I have also posted about the way that I am modifying web.config, and why (correct source IP detection and HTTP sub-protocol restriction.)   If I forget to preserve my web.config settings across an upgrade, I will accidentally weaken my security when those settings are lost.
