Is there a log that shows emails being rejected due to the IP being in our blacklist?

In lieu of any other solution, I've been added /24 IP blocks to the blacklist as they've come in.   What's the best way to tell if this is actually doing anything?   Will the SMTP show this?   I'd like to keep an eye if spam still comes from these blocks.

In SM 13.1 we have added disconnect information due to blacklisting to the SMTP, POP, IMAP, and XMPP logs.

I'm still on 12, but I was planning on upgrading to 13 over the weekend. Glad to hear it. :)
