SM Docker Installs?

How many Docker installs are there in the wild on production servers?
I have a sample (free SM) install on a small local machine, use it for API development testing.

Did the usual docker compose down / pull / up yesterday, and bang the latest version is up and running.

Is this not the future, rather than having to deal with removing existing versions and installing new versions?

With this force-reset-password issue, if one was running the Docker version of SM, would it have mitigated other issues like no host access for takeover, and only the actual SM installation would have been at risk, or am I missing something?

It is 100x easier to manage updates than windows ever was, and definitely gives some layer of protection. I've never noticed any of the exploits being used against it that seem to have worked in many of the other servers out there, but I don't know if that's because we were not targeted, or because it was running on linux/docker.
