My VMware cluster has been hacked.. That took down my mailserver so getting support from ANYONE is turning into a nightmare. 

Who can I purchase a temporary mail server setup so I can be contacted by the support accounts that are locked to our email address?

It is a very bad day in my neighborhood. Probably going to stretch to a bad week or two now that LE and state agencies are getting involved. My data is safe, just have no platform to host it. There is a whole lot of hurry up and wait. My instinct is to burn it down and rebuild but folks want to poke at the mess for a bit.
What version of windows are you running and do you have a full vmdk backup?

I've also just upgraded to latestr version because I couldn't login anymore but after starting Smartermail service I see error on login page. What can I do? Also saw "admin5" in administrator.json so renamed the name and restarted service.

I contacted smartermail support and they assisted me very quickly and resolved the issue.
