Individial post URL hashtag broken

When you view forum posts, the URL that notes the time of the post normally would be a URL that when followed takes a user directly to that post.

In these forums, the url is broken. HTML shows the URL as #nnnnnnn - but the actual tag being referenced has the word "post" in front of it:

The URL should be updated to read as #postnnnnnn or the referenced div ID should have the word text post removed - so that the links actually work.
