Slow upload speed for File Storage

Hi,

we recently started to use File Storage feature and some users alerted me about slow transfer speed when uploading file to their file storage. The server and the user has 1 Gbps local connectivity.

Upload speed appears to be limited at ~250/300 Mbps. Downloads runs at full bandwidth.

My env is based on Win SRV 2019 DC and SmarterMail b9504.

If I try to bypass IIS (is used only for webmail and there was no customized settings since first install) connecting to 17017 port, upload speed runs at full bandwidth.

Any suggestions?

Already tried to set request filtering feature settings as reported on https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/443450/iis-on-windows-2019-slow but issue persist.
