Feature Request: Internal File Sharing Controls Within SmarterMail

Hi ,

Currently, files in SmarterMail file storage can only be shared via public links, and attaching a file from storage automatically makes it public. This can be a security concern, especially for sensitive files.

We request an option to:

Share files directly between internal SmarterMail users without public links like sharing calendar, notes...
Disable automatic public link creation when attaching private files from file manager.

We would appreciate it if these enhancements could be evaluated for inclusion in future releases.

I know several of our clients would use that. Not wanting to turn it into a full on NAS scenario, but this could be useful for remote workers that need access to template type files, meeting agendas, and more.
