Increase number of mac users complain

Hi,
Server build 9362 

I have received an increase of feedback from mac users that they are not able to connect to smartermail via POP3/IMAP.

It happens to various case like overseas users, local users. So far feedback is only from mac users.

Microsoft Outlook for Microsoft 365 MSO (version 2511 Build 16.0.19426.20118) 64-bit 

anyone experiencing the same issue?
