We recently switched our internal mail system to SmarterMail and are running into a few issues.

Calendars

• Our team uses several shared calendars synced to Apple’s native Calendar app. When we change a shared calendar’s display name or color in the app, it reverts to the original name and color. Is there a way to make these changes stick?

Mail

• Notifications are inconsistent. We can’t get reliable alerts on mobile, regardless of which mail client we use. During testing, Apple Mail briefly sent notifications but then stopped. Gmail, Outlook, and Spark Mail all show the same issue, no notifications for SmarterMail messages. Other non-SmarterMail accounts in these apps notify correctly. Does anyone have suggestions on how to get reliable notifications
