The automatic inbox clearing rule is not effective

Resolved
I set up a rule for automatically clearing folders on the domain management page of my email. Only the custom rules for the inbox do not take effect. After I set the rule for the inbox, when the entire page is saved, the rules for the inbox will be automatically deleted. I think this is a bug. In the SmarterMail Enterprise version, Build 9400 (Sep 26, 2025)， This problem will occur.

There are no issues in this version SmarterMail Free Edition Build 9294 (Jun 12, 2025)

This was a known issue specifically related to Auto-Clean rules created for the Inbox. It was fixed in last week's release. So you'll want to upgrade to 9427 (Oct. 23, 2025).
