When we create a new user, we need a notepad box for each user in the administration panel so that we can write some additional user information in it that is only visible to the system administrator. Thank you for checking and applying it.

Should it be only for System Administrators or also for Domain Administrators ? :)

This feature should be for the administrator who can define the user and at the same time enter any additional information they want

That's not a bad idea. We have something like that in SmarterTrack for adding User and/or Organization notes that are only seen by Agents and Managers. Something similar may work for domains and users. 

As an aside, I changed this thread's category to Idea as it's not really a "Problem."

Yes, this is a very good idea because for each organization or department that is using this email server, there are details that are not public to everyone and should be placed in a section that can only be seen by the system administrator
