Filter logic/delivery rules for Smartermail

Hi,

I need a clearer understanding of the evaluation logic for SM spam filtering.  Rules can be applied at the server, domain and user level, which can have unintended consequences.

Let's say an email comes in and gets assigned a high spam probability, and the rule at the server level says to put this in the user's junk email folder.  Does that happen right away?  Would this then bypass domain/user level content filtering?

If so, is there a way to assign content filtering to email that is in the junk email folder?

The level of spam coming in to certain users is quite large (hundreds of msgs/day), which becomes problematic when they are mixed in with domain/user mail that ends up in it.  Becomes difficult for a user to spot legit mail improperly flagged due to volume.

Thanks!
