Hi, 
Any one facing issue with IMAP users on outlook and not getting sync properly, we have to click on folders, like click on draft / sent folder and then back to Inbox post which it starts sync.
Note: IDLE is enabled and this is observed on latest build of O365
I have ticket open with SM team and they are checking as well.
