Invitation error with forwarded address

Hello,

the behavior is known to SM (ticket no. 3B7-2F3E0AF1-000D), but is not considered urgent.

The following behavior 1:
I have an e-mail address john@domain1.tld. In addition, I have an old address john@domain2.tld, which I forward to john@domain1.tld.

If I now receive an invitation for Fri. 02.14 9:00-10:00 to the old address john@domain2.tld, it appears in my Outlook, but without the buttons for accepting, declining etc. Only the “No reply” button appears. Only the button “No reply required” appears.

and behavior 2:
I have set up the e-mail address john@domain1.tld as a MAPI account in Outlook. In addition, there is a store folder in this account to which emails are usually moved to the address shop@domain1.tld. If a calendar invitation is now sent to shop@domain1.tld and you want to open it, the date and time of the invitation is changed to the current data and approval is not possible.

These two behaviors only occur in SM, in Exchange it works correctly. Unfortunately, support does not see this as a bug but as a functional enhancement, which is why it may take a long time before this is corrected.

I would be pleased if other members would also see this as a bug and give me a thumbs up so that SM can deal with it more quickly.
