Reverse DNS is not a valid Hostname per domain basis ??

Answered
As per title, is there a way we can adjust this on a domain basis.

I have it set server wide to block smtp for mail servers that fail this check, but it has been brought to my attention that some governmental departments in my country do not have valid a valid reverse dns set up and there is absolutely no chance anyone in the government is going to listen to me of their failings

Thanks

Hi,

Not sure if it would help for this, but you can add globally trusted domains that would be exempt from spam checks. Not sure if it would exempt it from Reverser DNS check though.
For exemple it doesn't exempt them from SPF validation as far as I know.

ST team might confirm (or not) that it could help though.

Kind regards

Hello,

Yes, you can add the domain as a trusted domain, this will skip Spam Checks as long as DKIM and DMARC pass. You can also create a custom Spam Check to look for that domain and give it a negative spam weight so that regardless of what triggered it passes.

Thank you
