New mailing list - subscribers Removed

Build 9124 (dec24 2024)

For 2 nights now, any new mailing list created have their subscribers removed (to 0) at some point...

Current tests have mailing list up for 2 hours no issues, (new test Created 10am EST, still up now @ 12pm EST) I think something happens around our backup times, but I won't be sure until tonight.

Anyone else experiencing this?

there are a lot of exception errors in the mailing list logs but that's been there since last update, we updated to 9124 on 15jan24

Hi, Cris

We did have an issue that could affect mailing list subscribers. It was fixed in Build 9147 (Jan 16). I'd recommend upgrading to our most recent Build to resolve this.

Ok I read the release notes ~5 times and I missed that line each time.

Update fixed the issue, I'm on Build 9155 now and all seems well.

I'm having the same issue. I did upgrade to SmarterMail Enterprise 100.0.9155.24473 (Jan 24, 2025) build and I still have the issue. I have a ticket open with SmarterTools support. Waiting on resolution.
