Folder sharing not working

Resolved
Currently running the latest version. Whenever I try to share a inbox with someone else. I am getting an error stating as "No matches found".

Hello Nageswara,

I am not sure as to why you are unable to share the folder, but I do want to point out that you can only share folders between users of the same domain. Otherwise, you will get that error.

As for that toast, I cannot seem to replicate it in our testing environment. I will reach out to see if we can resolve this for you.

Checked with other domains. The user list is getting auto populated in other domains. For this domain, users are not getting populated.

Does the domain name on the server happen to have a capital letter in it anywhere ? we had a domain with capital letters and it wreaked havoc on several features where they would not populate correctly.  or are there any special characters in the user names ?

Do you have the Global Address List feature enabled on this domain? I believe that search functionality is dependent on it.
