EAS mobile client sync f**ked

Hi,

Is anyone else experiencing any disappearing email EAS sync issues on mobiles?
What about email search?
This is happening across Samsung and other Android devices and clients, and is incredibly frustrating for my users.

What happens is emails that were synced to mobile, some even replied to from mobile, just disappear from the mobile inbox. 
They're still in Outlook and webmail. Logging into either gives you the full inbox view.
What's more bizzare is after a period of time the emails will often re-appear in the inbox in the mobile email client.

There's no filter applied on the inbox.
Searching emails on mobile doesn't bring up the email again. Even if you tap "search last 6 months"
In fact it seems a bunch of recent emails won't appear in search results on mobile. 
But do in Outlook and webmail.
So I'm really worried that something is going really wrong with the EAS sync and this will be affecting calendar as well.

Anyone else experiencing similar symptoms?

Yeah.... thats why I downgraded to 8930. Sync is FUBAR on newer builds.
