Hello Brian,

The download is working for me, There may be something in the emails "Raw Content" that is causing the issue. If we can get a copy of the message (right-click on the message -> view raw content) copy this and add to a text document, save and send over.

Hi, I wasn't able to reproduce the issue. I created a test subfolder in the inbox, moved a mail into it and then downloaded the eml without error.

Maybe it's related to the subfolder name or something like this ?

EDIT: build info stProductBuild = "9049 (oct. 10, 2024)";

Kind regards.

I think you're on the right track Sebastien. Brian, can you confirm the name of that subfolder for testing?

Folder is called VPN.

Nothing more.

Easy to replicate.

Then I have no clue to why it does that.

You can log on to the server and test if you like :)

Hi Brian,

  Are you indicating you had to downgrade to Build 8930, if so, that is a known issue fixed in 8965

Build 8965 (Jul 18, 2024)
  • Fixed: An issue preventing the download of .EML message in a subfolder.

Hello,

David made a good point. This was a bug we knew about in 8930 and it did not get fixed until 8965. I believe the issue had to do with where the download function was navigating the folder tree. Brian, please try a later build to see if that resolves your issue. If you are still seeing this in the later builds, we can collect more information in the ticket.

It was the same in 9042... that was one of the reasons I downgraded.
