Currently there is a function called archiving (sort of complience duplication) but for all those who came from Exchange / Outlook archiving is a sort of putting old stuff into an offline (or online) pst file.

So it would be nice to have this feature aswell in Smartermail, ideally we could determine a retention policy on userbase (user 1 will get alle mails older than x months in an archive while for user 2 and 3 only mails older than 3 years will be put in the online archive) the idea behind is that we could place that seperate mailbox on another storagedrive and it would be attached like a folder in Webmail or trough Mapi.
