This is a long time problem that we have experienced.  Assuming it's the same issue we've never been able to get complete resolution on it.

It looks like those tickets were related to MAPI, while Berk's issue is actually with IMAP (I have now added IMAP to the post's title to avoid confusion). On my end, 2CA-28EF0900-0B0B shows that we're waiting for your feedback on a bug fix. If you're looking to continue troubleshooting your MAPI sync issues, feel free to open a ticket with a description of the current issues you're facing and we'd be happy to dive into it for you.
