Odd entries in Administrative Log - Object reference not set to an instance of an object

I am noticing some really odd entries in our Administrative log recently, this is what I am seeing:

[2024.08.30] 17:14:25.702 TlRMTVNTUAADAAAAGAAYALYAAABiAWIBzgAAADIAMgBYAAAADgAOAIoAAAAeAB4AmAAAAAAAAAAwAgAABYKIogoAXVgAAAAPW9cdU/jrQmbARE41uU3pv2UAbgBlAHIAZwB5AHMAbQBhAHIAdABpAG4AcwB1AGwAYQB0AGkAbwBuAC4AYwBvAG0AbQBlAGwAYQBuAGkAZQBEAEUAUwBLAFQATwBQAC0ASgBCAEYARg......... Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Looking back in our logs, this situation started cropping up on 8/30/2024 when we upgraded Smartermail from 8747 to 8993. Then we upgraded again after having issues with 8993 to 9008. Looking at our Administrative logs today we have a lot of these same type of entries, 3700 entries just for today's log. I used notepad++ to count the number of instances of this.

Anyone else seeing this type of behaviour in their Admin logs? This definitely looks concerning.

Edit: I edited the top portion because it appears this is base64 encoded and has some information in it the exposes an email address. Still this is very concerning. Why would there be base64 encoding happening in the log file?
