Outgoing email must be bounced after X number of A record delivery attempts

Right now, when delivery is attempted on an outgoing email, a MX record lookup is done and if none is found then an A record lookup is done and if found delivery is attempted to that IP.

The problem is, this should be configurable and adhere at least to the configured number  for "DNS Errors Before Bounce"

So the desired behavior is if a delivery is attempted and there is no MX record but there is an A record, then delivery attempt to an A record will only occur say 2 times before being bounced.

Why? Parked domains, wrong domain names by senders, etc.

It is dumb to keep trying to deliver an email per the configured full amount of Retry Intervals when there is no MX record.
