Outlook slowness

Hi

This is not a smartermail issue but would like to check anyone else facing problem with Outlook slowness.

Just 2 weeks ago, we started to have user reporting Outlook issue facing slowness.

Not everyone on the SmarterMail is reporting issue thus im suspecting that only those on latest Outlook build is having issue

Good if there is any information sharing on this matter

One thing you might try is having the user start Outlook in Safe Mode since that will disable any addons/extensions they have installed into Outlook which might be introducing the slowness. If the client is still slow at that point you could try establishing the user's account under a new/separate Outlook profile to see if the issue happens there. These two steps should help narrow down where the slowness is originating.
