What is the problem when transferring emails from Office 365 carries a maximum of 641 MB?

Hello, 

There should not be a limit by size like this. Can you check the retrieval log to see if there are any errors? Make sure that the log is set to Detailed before doing the import to capture the data. 

To check your logging detail. 
manage -> troubleshooting -> options [tab]. Here you can set the log level setting

The log to review. 
This will depend on how you are doing the retrieval. IMAP, POP, or EWS for exchange connections.

Hi jereming ,
There is 3 GB of e-mail, but the transferred amount is 1 GB.
When we look at the log records, the exchange server is constantly busy. But it does this to all e-mail addresses. Not just a few emails. I have 120 emails to transfer.
