What is the first build that uses .NET 8 Core?

I searched through the Release Notes and did not find a specific answer although I did find this for build 8747 - is this .NET 8 core?

IMPORTANT: Due to changes in .NET, SmarterMail must be run at a top-level URL and not under a virtual directory.

Hello,

Build 8747 (Dec 13, 2023) is the first public release on .NET CORE. and also is the first build that has Server 2016 as the minimum requirement.

Build 8664 (Sep 21, 2023) is the last non .NET CORE build.
